    First contact

    At the very beginning of our cooperation, we would like to learn about your needs and expectations. We will ask you to fill a simple questionnaire, which will help to determine what can we do for you.

    Offer preparation

    We will prepare a tailor made offer based on the information received from you. We value transparency, hence all rates all clear and easy to understand. We know how important it is to plan your costs in advance, so our tariffs are constructed in a way which makes shipping cost calculations quick and effortless.

    Implementation meeting

    You have liked our offer? You have any questions to rise? We would love to invite you to a meeting, where we would clarify all doubts, showcase our company and discuss the operational process.

    Agreement signing

    You would like to work with us? That’s great! So now we just need to take care of the formalities and we’re good to go. We will sign a Logistics Fulfillment Agreement and prepare a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Such document precisely describes Fillmerce area of responsibilities, as well as daily operations routine.

    Transfer of the goods to Fillmerce warehouse

    Once the formalities are completed, we can begin transferring your goods to Fillmerce distribution center. Received goods can be receipt basing solely on the documentation, or go through detailed quantitative and qualitative verification. Afterwards, your goods will be allocated into their positions in our warehouse and prepared for distribution.

    Operations start

    Congratulations! Implementation completed successfully! First orders are now being dispatched from our warehouse and delivered straight to your customers!
